When I first called JB Autoworks in Kingsport, I thought the alternator in my truck was shot. As it turned out, the only problem was a faulty ground wire! The team at this auto repair shop are really good people. Many other auto repair shops in Sullivan County might have just replaced the alternator, then realize the problem was not fixed, only to do and charge me for a diagnostic service. They tested the alternator first, and upon learning it was not the problem, quickly identified a short that was the source of the issue. I am so grateful that there are still honest folks in our community. I would recommend everyone reading this review consider this fine group of people for all of your automotive repair needs.
