JB Autoworks was an absolutely true God-send to me when experiencing a tough situation with my car. The engine had seized up, essentially leaving me with a giant paperweight on 4 wheels. Jon and the team at the shop were very polite, helpful, and honest. They provided a very transparent diagnostic evaluation and a breakdown of what work would need to be done, providing various alternatives to getting me back on the road. I was made to feel they had my best interest in mind, and that the price I was quoted was fair. And even though this auto shop is a bit out of my way, you can rest assured that if I have another car problem, I will make the trip knowing I will be treated fairly and honestly.
