Jon at JB Autoworks in Kingsport is one of those hard-to-find honest auto mechanics. Recently, Jon's team had my vehicle fixed in record time, and not once did I feel like I was being billed for repairs that were not needed. I appreciated that I was able to drop off my car after hours, leaving my keys securely in a dropbox. I was also grateful for how they kept me updated on the repairs being performed. Really a great overall experience and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone else in Kingsport needing great automotive care.
